For the last decade+ I have been obsessed with all things mind, body, spirit and living a freedom-based lifestyle. For me, this led to combining all my favorite things into a business that could sustain the lifestyle and purpose I knew I was meant to live.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience, asking the big questions: Why do we do what we do? Why do we feel the way we feel? How can we be the best, most connected and expressed versions of ourselves? How can we sustainably live a life connected to our purpose? How do we actually build this?!

These questions led me down the path to becoming a Business Coach, Somatic Practitioner and Transformational Life Coach. I now weave each of these modalities together in my work as, in my world, they are all deeply connected.

Everything currently scattered across your head, your inbox, your half-finished systems gets pulled into one place, sorted, and prioritized. You leave this phase with a diagnosis, not a guess, and a sequenced plan for the 90 days ahead.

We run a full audit across your messaging, marketing, offers, operations, and your personal patterns underneath all of it. This phase names what's actually costing you time, money, or energy, and puts it in order.

A framework only works if you can actually live inside it. Integrate is where the new structure becomes how you operate, not just what you know.

The frameworks, SOPs, and systems stop being concepts and start being a daily practice.

This phase includes lots of mindset and nervous-system work as well. New pricing, new visibility, new structure — all of it requires a different capacity to hold, and this phase is where that capacity gets built alongside the practical rollout.
