Morgan came to me as a referral from a previous client to design her a real estate website that was 100% her property. She always had a small landing page with her brokerage, but wanted something that could share her personality and expertise with, rather than just a page with her contact information from the brokerage.
Morgan wanted her website to look clean/neutral, minimal and professional.
She also had her client inquiry forms, scheduler and email services all on different platforms. She wanted to have everything all in one place and was thrilled to learn that Squarespace is the platform just for that!
A big driver for creating a website at this particular time was to also create more business legitimacy in order to get her Google Business Profile back that had been suspended for months.

We strategically split up the home buyer and home seller pages in order to have more web page diversity, speak directly to each population, optimize freebie funnels and have more localized SEO measures.
Each webpage has strategic on-page and backend SEO that include both local and industry related keywords.
